How we Work!

Quotations

We will provide you with a quotation to supply and install equipment based on the information you provide on-line. Simply complete our technology questionnaire and we will respond VIA EMAIL with a detailed specification and costing for your project ( subject to site survey ). All quotations are FREE on-line and you will not be contacted by any member of staff. You will also receive a copy of our terms and conditions ( which we would ask you to read carefully ) and draft Agreement.

On receipt of your quotation, if you have questions or queries please contact us by email or phone and we will endeavour to answer them as quickly as possible.

Acceptance of our Quote.

If you agree in principle to proceed with our proposal, we will first need to carry out a full technical site survey. This affords both parties the opportunity to meet up and discuss the project in specific detail. It also helps us to establish local conditions and factor these into the project. If there are special factors to take into account outside the scope of our draft spec, we reserve the right to amend the project price accordingly.

Payment Terms

We require a 10% deposit with order, then full payment for all materials necessary to complete the job. As soon as payment for materials is received, we order all materials from suppliers and schedule them to arrive either in advance or when work commences. Thereafter, we will call off stage payments as agreed in advance according to the size and length of project and the number of scheduled attendances.
